The file I am trying to view will not work?


User is trying to 'view' a file within the Safe Share content viewer but it will not open.


Determine the type of file the user trying to view. The table below shows the type of file supported by the content viewer:

Additional Information

View generations are handled through a queue. If large amounts of users are uploaded files with supported views, they may take some time to generate.
