Administrator email can be null preventing notifications from being sent out

Problem

When Safe Share is deployed, the Organisation Administrator email has been set to 'null'

This causes no emails to be sent.

Additionally, no email is set in config.properties of the access-service.

Solution

Under the Configuration option in Organisation administration, ensure that a contact email has been set.

Alter the contact email to the one required by the organisation.

This will require a user with organisation administrator privileges.
