Safe share is prompting the user for a Safe share service address?


When the user loads their Safe Share client (desktop, mobile or web browser), it is prompting them for a Safe share service address?


  1. Determine what type of device the user is trying to log in on: Windows, OSX, IOS, Android?

  2. Instruct the user to find the email they received in relation to account set up with the information about Username, Password and service address.
  3. Once the user has found this email, enter the username and password details into the service address from the email
