I think someone may have logged into my account, what do I do?

Problem

User believes their account has been compromised.

Solution


  1. You can check the last sign in details in My Account > Sign-in Details.
  2. From here you can determine if these login details are the users login details.
  3. If the account has been accessed by someone other than the user, then suggest 
    a) changing the password by going to My Account > Account Details > Security > Change Password.
    b) terminating the active sessions by going to My Account > Account Details > Security > Terminate Active Sessions > Terminate.
