I think someone may have logged into my account, what do I do?
User believes their account has been compromised.
- You can check the last sign in details in My Account > Sign-in Details.
- From here you can determine if these login details are the users login details.
- If the account has been accessed by someone other than the user, then suggest
a) changing the password by going to My Account > Account Details > Security > Change Password.
b) terminating the active sessions by going to My Account > Account Details > Security > Terminate Active Sessions > Terminate.
