I can no longer access a shared file from an email link?

Problem

The user is attempting to access a shared file from an email link but the file cannot be found.

 Solution

  1. Users can attempt to search for the required file by using the 'Shared With Me' filter within their Safe Share application.
  2. Copy the filename from the email and use the search functionality.
  3. Access to the file may have been revoked. You will need to contact the user that has shared the file with you and ask them to re share the file.
