  • The contacts dialog is now accessible from the Settings drop down (no need to open the share dialog to edit contacts)
  • Various UI improvements and bug fixes.

Resolved issues

  • (Security) Different SafeShare clients can no longer share authentication automatically. As a result, links to the web client from inside SafeShare for Windows will require re-authentication.

Known issues

  • Collaborators with the Upload permission set can create folders inside the relevant shared folder but they cannot give them a name as they do not have the 'Rename' permission. The created folders will be given the default name "New Folder". Workaround: create and rename the folder outside the shared folder and move it in or ask the owner of the shared folder to rename it as appropriate.
  • When collaborators forward items to other users, the "Shared by ..." folder name inside the "Shared with Me" folder will show the name of the item owner instead of the name of the collaborator who forwarded the item.

Additional Notes

  • Removed the default/placeholder server address. Users will be prompted to enter their known server address in the welcome dialog.
  • The number of concurrent upload and downloads have each been reduced to one.
